Use this sub-skill when the task centers on GeoAI foundation-model registry lookup, precomputed embeddings, DINOv3 similarity, Prithvi, UniverSat, TESSERA, AlphaEarth/Google satellite embeddings, Moondream, vLLM geospatial VLMs, or BLIP/spaCy captioning.
