These terms cover your use of Skills Directory (skillsdirectory.com), including the paid Skills Directory Pro subscription. By using the site you agree to them.

What Skills Directory is

Skills Directory indexes publicly available agent skills, mostly from public GitHub repositories, and runs automated security scans on them. Browsing, search, and security grades are free.

Third-party skills

Skills are written and owned by their authors, not by us. Each listing links to its source. Security grades come from automated scans. They help you spot risks, but they are not a guarantee that a skill is safe. Review any skill before you run it.

Skills Directory Pro

• Pro is a monthly subscription billed through Stripe. The price is shown on the Pro page and at checkout.
• Founding members keep their founding price for as long as their subscription stays active.
• Your subscription renews each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
• Features marked “coming soon” are plans, not promises. We may change or drop them.
• Refunds follow our refund policy.

Acceptable use

Don't scrape the site in bulk, resell downloads, share your Pro access, or try to get around rate limits or access controls. We may suspend access that breaks these rules.

Accounts

You can sign in with GitHub. You're responsible for activity on your account.

No warranty

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects paid subscribers, we'll email you before it takes effect.
