Refund and cancellation policy

Cancel anytime

Skills Directory Pro is billed monthly, or once for lifetime. Lifetime never renews, so there's nothing to cancel. To cancel monthly, email aggarcinuno@gmail.com from the address you paid with, and we'll cancel it the same day. You keep Pro until the end of the month you paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Refunds

Payments for Pro and for skills you buy aren't refunded. You can cancel monthly Pro anytime so you're not charged again.

If we charged you by mistake, or Pro was down for a meaningful part of your billing period, tell us and we'll make it right.

Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
