Refund and Cancellation Policy

Skills Directory Pro is billed monthly. To cancel, email aggarcinuno@gmail.com from the address you paid with, and we'll cancel it the same day. You keep Pro until the end of the month you paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Refunds

If Pro isn't what you expected, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked.

After that, monthly payments aren't refunded, but you can cancel so you're not charged again. If we charged you by mistake, or Pro was down for a meaningful part of your billing period, tell us and we'll make it right.

Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
