# $100M Offers — How to Make Offers So Good People Feel Stupid Saying No
**Author**: Alex Hormozi (Acquisition.com Vol. I) | **Pages**: ~200 | **Chapters**: 14 | **Generated**: 2026-06-06
## How to Use This Skill
- **Without arguments** — load the Core Frameworks below for reference.
- **With a topic** — ask about `value equation`, `guarantees`, `pricing`, `scarcity`, etc.; I find and read the relevant chapter.
- **With a chapter** — ask for `ch05`; I load that specific chapter file.
- **Browse** — ask "what chapters do you have?" to see the full index.
When you ask about a topic not in the Core Frameworks below, I read the relevant chapter file (see Topic Index) before answering.

## Core Frameworks & Mental Models
**The thesis.** A **GRAND SLAM OFFER** is an offer so good people feel stupid saying no — it combines **pricing + value + guarantees + naming** into something *incomparable*, so prospects stop shopping you against alternatives. You sell in a **category of one**. Same fulfillment work as a commodity offer, but it *appears* to be a totally different product → a **value-driven** (not price-driven) purchase. The opposite is the **COMMODITY PROBLEM**: a product available from many places, bought on price → race to the bottom. Differentiate or die.
**MARKET FIRST — A STARVING CROWD.** Order of importance: **Market > Offer > Persuasion**. A great offer in a bad market loses; pick the crowd first. The **four indicators** of a great market: ① massive **Pain**, ② **Purchasing Power**, ③ Easy to **Target**, ④ **Growing**. The three durable markets that never die: **Health, Wealth, Relationships**. "Riches in niches" — commit and go deeper, not broader.
**PRICING — CHARGE WHAT IT'S WORTH.** The **Virtuous Cycle of Price**: raising price creates a **Price-to-Value Discrepancy**, funds better delivery, and raises clients' emotional investment → better results → better testimonials → justifies higher price again. Premium pricing *increases* perceived value. Never compete on price; never discount (add bonuses instead).
**THE VALUE EQUATION** — the master formula behind every offer:
```
Dream Outcome × Perceived Likelihood of Achievement
Value = ───────────────────────────────────────────────────────
Time Delay × Effort & Sacrifice
```
Increase the **numerator** (what they want + belief it'll work *for them*), drive the **denominator** toward zero (make it **fast** and **effortless**). It's division on purpose — the leverage lives in the bottom, so spend your hardest work on **speed** and **ease** (where competitors won't follow). Anchor the **Dream Outcome** to **status**; raise **Perceived Likelihood** with proof/track record/guarantees (people pay for certainty); **fast beats free**. Perception is reality — communicate every improvement or it doesn't count.
**BUILD THE OFFER (two halves).**
- *Part I — Problems & Solutions*: ① name the **Dream Outcome**, ② brainstorm **every** problem/obstacle a prospect will hit (use **divergent thinking** — many solutions per problem), ③ reframe each problem into a **solution** ("How to ___ without ___"). Resolve *every* obstacle they believe they'll have.
- *Part II — Trim & Stack*: brainstorm **Delivery Vehicles** (1-to-1 vs 1-to-many; DIY/DWY/DFY; speed & convenience) on the **Sales-to-Fulfillment Continuum** (easy to sell × cheap to fulfill). **Step 5 — Trim & Stack**: cut high-cost/low-value items first, then low-cost/low-value; keep high-value pieces and **stack** them into one irresistible, high-margin bundle.
**ENHANCE THE OFFER (5 psychological levers).**
- **Scarcity** = limit **supply** (limited seats/units/cohorts; honest scarcity only — fake scarcity kills trust).
- **Urgency** = limit **time**; four types: rolling **cohorts**, rolling **seasonal**, **promotional/pricing deadlines**, **exploding opportunity**.
- **Bonuses** = widen the Price-to-Value Discrepancy; present each individually, name it, give a reason, price-anchor it, stack the value. *Add bonuses instead of discounting.*
- **Guarantees** = **reverse the risk** (biggest conversion lever). Four types: **Unconditional**, **Conditional** ("better than money back"), **Anti-Guarantee** ("all sales final"), **Implied** (performance/revenue-share). You can **stack** them.
- **Naming** = the **MAGIC** formula: **M**agnetic reason-why · **A**nnounce the avatar · **G**ive a goal · **I**ndicate a time interval · **C**ontainer word. Re-name and re-launch when a promo fatigues.
**EXECUTION.** "The first $100,000 is a bitch, but you gotta do it" (Munger). Assemble end-to-end: Starving Crowd → premium price → engineer value → build the Grand Slam Offer → enhance with the 5 levers. *Offers* is the companion to *$100M Leads* — **Offers = what you sell; Leads = how you get people to see it.**
