Collect platform, date range, audience, business goal, post-level data, campaign spend, link tracking, conversion events, and known content changes. Use the same comparison window across channels.

1. Confirm the goal and attribution window.
2. Normalize platform names, dates, currencies, and campaign labels.
3. Compare channels by the same funnel stage.
4. Segment by format, hook, topic, audience, and CTA.
5. Identify repeatable patterns and one-off outliers.
6. Check landing page and conversion data before claiming ROI.
7. Recommend what to keep, stop, test, and investigate.
