## Overview

Develop an SEO strategy that aligns with business goals by analyzing the audience, conversion model, competitive landscape, and execution capacity. This is a strategic skill that informs all other skills in the bundle.

4. Analyze competitive landscape: who dominates, where openings exist.
5. Assess execution capacity: team, budget, technical ability.
6. Define strategic pillars:
   - Content strategy (what to create, update, prune)

   - Authority building (earned links, PR, partnerships)
   - Measurement (KPIs, reporting cadence)
