Tess OS command `/cx-mode`, packaged as an Agent Skill. Run it only when the user asks for it by name (`$tess-cx-mode` in Codex).
# /cx-mode
Plan the active (or next) mission with the **Client Experience** outcome lens ([conductor/lenses/client-experience-orchestrator.md](../../../conductor/lenses/client-experience-orchestrator.md)): the conductor applies the lens to frame the outcome and bottleneck, then dispatches roles from [conductor/roster.md](../../../conductor/roster.md). The orchestrator is a lens, not an agent. See [conductor/outcome-orchestrators/README.md](../../../conductor/outcome-orchestrators/README.md).
**Optimise for:** retained trust, value continuity, relationship depth. Diagnose the bottleneck in the relationship system before activating any guild. Respect client isolation and channel scoping per [conductor/channel-guardrails.md](../../../conductor/channel-guardrails.md).
**Applies to:** onboarding, retention, trust repair, advocacy, premium experience design, community.
