## What This Skill Does

**Challenge**: Every marketing team has unique processes and tools. The built-in skills in ClaudeKit Marketing are great for common use cases but may not cover the specifics of each business.

**Solution**: The kit-builder skill provides a framework to create custom skills, agents, and workflows — from simple slash commands to complex multi-agent pipelines — and integrate them into ClaudeKit Marketing.

- ClaudeKit Marketing installed
- Node.js 18+ or Python 3.10+
- Anthropic API key or Google Gemini API key

## Usage Workflow

1. **Identify component type**: skill / agent / workflow.
2. **Read the relevant reference** in `references/` to grab the template.
3. **Write SKILL.md first** — describe purpose, activation, tools, output.
4. **Implement core logic** based on the template.
5. **Register** in `registry.json`.
6. **Test** with unit tests before deploying.
