## Technical Challenges Resolved

### 1. Tailwind CSS v4 Compatibility
**Issue:** Scoped styles with Tailwind utilities required @reference directive
**Solution:** Converted to plain CSS with hex colors and standard properties

### 2. Author Field Normalization
**Issue:** Some skills had author as object `{name, email}`, others as string
**Solution:** Added normalization logic to convert all to string format

### 3. Allowed-Tools Array Handling
**Issue:** Some skills had allowed-tools as string or missing
**Solution:** Ensured all allowedTools normalized to array format

### 4. Plugin Directory Discovery
**Issue:** Some plugins missing `.claude-plugin/plugin.json`
**Solution:** Fallback path inference from directory structure

## Issues Encountered

### Pre-existing Build Errors
**Files:** `src/pages/learning/start-here.astro`, `src/pages/playbooks/*.astro`
**Status:** These errors existed before this implementation
**Impact:** None on skills pages functionality
**Action:** Temporarily removed during testing, restored after verification

## Next Steps
