## Testing Instructions
### 1. Start Backend Server

### 2. Start Frontend

Navigate to `http://localhost:5173/`
**Should see:**
- Green connection indicator (top-right)

### 4. Test Event Reception
The backend will send events when:
- Plugins are activated
- Skills are triggered
- LLM calls are made
- Costs are calculated
- Rate limits are approached

1. Stop backend (Ctrl+C)
