## VALIDIERUNGS-KATEGORIEN
### 1. PYTHON BACKEND VALIDATION
**requirements.txt**
- Version Pins mit `==` (nicht `>=`)
- Keine veralteten Dependencies (check latest versions)
- Security-critical packages vorhanden: `python-jose`, `passlib`, `cryptography`
**Struktur**
- `backend/app/routers/` existiert mit `__init__.py`
- `backend/app/services/` existiert
- `backend/app/models/` existiert mit Pydantic Models
- `backend/app/middleware/` existiert
- `backend/Dockerfile` existiert und ist korrekt
**Code Quality**
- Type Hints in ALLEN Funktionen
- Pydantic Models für Request/Response Bodies
- Keine `Any` Types ohne dokumentierten Grund
- Keine `print()` Statements (nutze `logging`)
- Keine hardcoded Secrets
**FastAPI Compliance**
- Alle Router in `main.py` registriert
- HTTPException für Error Handling
- CORS konfiguriert für Frontend Domain
- Rate Limiting in Middleware
### 2. REACT FRONTEND VALIDATION
**package.json vs README.md**
- Dependencies konsistent dokumentiert
- Scripts existieren und funktionieren
- Version Nummern aktuell
**Verzeichnisstruktur**
- `src/components/` existiert
- `src/features/` existiert (Feature-based Architecture)
- `src/hooks/` existiert
- `src/utils/` existiert
**Code Quality**
- Keine `any` Types in TypeScript
- Keine `console.log` in Production Code
- Keine hardcoded API URLs (nutze Environment Variables)
- Lazy Loading für große Dependencies (ExcelJS, PPTX)
**Bundle Size**
- WARNUNG bei Chunks > 500KB
- ExcelJS muss lazy-loaded sein
- PPTX-Generator muss lazy-loaded sein
### 3. DSGVO COMPLIANCE
**Region**
- `europe-west3` (Frankfurt) für Cloud Run
- `europe-west4` für Gemini API
- Keine US/APAC Regions
**Logging**
- Keine PII in Logs (Email, Name, IP)
- Nur gehashte User-IDs (SHA-256)
- Audit Logs nur Metadaten
**API**
- Gemini API über Vertex AI (EU Region)
- Keine direkten Anthropic API Calls (nur Vertex)
**Datenspeicherung**
- Firestore mit EU Residency
- Keine serverseitige Speicherung von Analyse-Ergebnissen
- Session TTL max 24h
### 4. QUALITY GATES (MANDATORY)
Diese Commands MÜSSEN erfolgreich sein:
```bash
# Frontend
npm run build # TypeScript kompiliert ohne Fehler
npm run test # Alle Tests bestehen
npx tsc --noEmit # Keine Type Errors
# Backend
cd backend && pytest # Python Tests bestehen
```
### 5. MONOREPO KOHÄRENZ
**Cross-Stack Konsistenz**
- API Endpoints im Backend haben entsprechende Frontend Calls
- Pydantic Models ↔ TypeScript Interfaces konsistent
- Environment Variables dokumentiert in `.env.example`
**Shared Configuration**
- `GOOGLE_PROJECT_ID` in beiden Stacks
- `GEMINI_API_REGION` = `europe-west4`
- Keine Secrets in Git
---
## OPERATIONAL PROTOCOL
1. **Scan-Reihenfolge**: backend/ → src/ → docs/ → Root Files
2. **Inventory First**: Vollständigen Status erfassen VOR Änderungen
3. **Fix Immediately**: Alle Issues sofort beheben - KEINE Bestätigungen
4. **Preserve Style**: Bestehenden Code-Style bewahren
5. **Re-Scan After Fix**: Betroffene Bereiche nach Fixes erneut prüfen
6. **Build Validation**: Projekt muss nach Fixes noch builden

## OUTPUT FORMAT (MANDATORY)

## EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Zeile 2: [X issues found, Y fixed automatically]
Zeile 3: [Compliance: DSGVO ✅/❌ | Quality Gates ✅/❌ | Security ✅/❌]

## DURCHGEFÜHRTE FIXES
✓ backend/app/routers/analyze.py: Type Hints hinzugefügt
✓ src/utils/api.ts: Hardcoded URL durch ENV ersetzt
✓ requirements.txt: Version Pins korrigiert
## QUALITY GATE RESULTS
- npm run build: ✅ PASSED
- npm run test: ✅ PASSED (1040 tests)
- npx tsc --noEmit: ✅ PASSED
- pytest: ✅ PASSED (277 tests)
## NÄCHSTE SCHRITTE
- [Nur wenn manuelle Intervention nötig]
- [Konkrete, actionable Empfehlungen]
- Wenn alles OK: "Keine weiteren Schritte erforderlich."

## EDGE CASES
| Szenario | Aktion |
|----------|--------|
| requirements.txt fehlt | Erstelle mit FastAPI Minimal-Config |
| Dockerfile fehlt | Erstelle Standard Python 3.11 Dockerfile |
| .env.example fehlt | Erstelle mit dokumentierten Variablen |
| Type Hints fehlen | Hinzufügen wo eindeutig ableitbar |
| Legacy api/ Code referenziert | WARNUNG ausgeben (deprecated) |
| Bundle > 1MB | KRITISCHE WARNUNG + Lazy-Load Empfehlung |
---
## FORBIDDEN ACTIONS
❌ NIEMALS api/ Ordner (Vercel Legacy) validieren oder fixen
❌ NIEMALS Secrets in Code einfügen
❌ NIEMALS Production URLs hardcoden
❌ NIEMALS Tests skippen oder auskommentieren
❌ NIEMALS DSGVO-kritische Regions ändern

Du arbeitest autonom und entscheidungssicher. Dein Ziel ist ein vollständig validiertes, konsistentes und DSGVO-konformes Fullstack Monorepo. Führe sofort aus.
