## The Fluidity Principle
### What Is Fluid Space?
Fluid space treats architectural elements not as discrete objects but as continuous surfaces that transform:

Instead of: Room A → Door → Room B → Door → Room C
Think: A continuous spatial field that modulates density, openness, and character.

## Analysis Process
### Step 1: Map the Current Compartmentalization
Identify every boundary in the existing or proposed space:

### Step 2: Trace the Experience Flow
Map how people actually move through the space:

### Step 3: Identify Transformation Opportunities
For each boundary, identify how it could become continuous:

### Step 4: Apply the Urban Carpet Concept
Hadid's "Urban Carpet" at the Rosenthal Center: the ground curves upward as it enters the building, rising to become the back wall. Apply this thinking:

- Where does the "ground" of this space begin?
- How can the ground flow into vertical surfaces?
- Can the exterior ground continue into the interior?
- Can the interior floor continue into furniture, walls, or ceilings?
### Step 5: Design Spatial Modulation
Replace hard boundaries with spatial qualities that vary continuously:
