# Planning Reporting
Use this skill for a bounded account of current Planning work. It supplies reporting procedure; Planning owns state, and Verification owns evidence admission.
1. Resolve the configured invocation through [canonical startup](../../../skills/workspace-startup/references/ordinary.md), then use its `start --target <repo> --task "<task>"` with known changed paths.
2. Follow relevant exact Planning detail references using the same work context. Do not load all records or reconstruct retired summary field names.
3. Report the returned owner references, current work, required continuation and restrictions. Distinguish unavailable or ambiguous state from an empty selection.
4. Read exact source records only when needed to answer the question. Recorded assertions alone do not prove live currentness or completion.
Use `planning-closeout-trust` for intent/closure judgment and `planning-work` for structure/continuity. Use current Verification detail or the workspace proof-selection skill for evidence questions. Reporting never grants a mutation, proof or completion claim.
