4. Keep it to one page (3-4 paragraphs)
5. Close with confidence and a clear next step

## Structure
1. **Hook** — open with something memorable, not "I am writing to apply…"
2. **Value Proposition** — what you bring that others don't
3. **Evidence** — 2-3 specific achievements with numbers
4. **Culture Fit** — why THIS company specifically
5. **Close** — express enthusiasm and suggest next steps

## Tips
- Mirror keywords from the job description naturally
- Quantify everything: "increased revenue 23%" > "increased revenue"
- One page maximum — hiring managers skim
- Address gaps or career changes proactively
- Customize for each application — no generic letters
