4. Let Grimoire lead implementation and architecture.
5. Bring Abathur in for repeated workflow friction, promptbase/process evolution, SOPs, automation, and operating-system design.
6. Bring Cleo in for cleanup, deduplication, codebase hygiene, docs pruning, refactors, and polishing messy surfaces.
