5. **Progressive Disclosure** - SKILL.md → workflows → documentation → references
### Template-Driven Philosophy

- Follow canonical naming conventions

### Quality Gates
Every created/updated skill must pass:
1. **Structural Validation**
- Correct archetype directory structure
- Proper file naming conventions

- All workflows explicitly routed
- Activation triggers comprehensive (8-category pattern)
3. **Documentation Validation**
- All files referenced in SKILL.md
- Clear purpose and when-to-use guidance

4. **Integration Validation**
- Registered in mcp_settings.json
- No duplication of CORE context

## Skill Creation Process
### Step 1: Define Skill Purpose
Ask user to clarify:

## Common Anti-Patterns to Avoid
### ❌ Missing Workflow Routing Section
**Problem:** Workflows never get invoked
**Solution:** Add "Workflow Routing (SYSTEM PROMPT)" section FIRST
### ❌ Workflows Not Explicitly Routed
**Problem:** Orphaned workflow files that are never used
**Solution:** Route EVERY workflow with examples and file paths
### ❌ Files Not Linked from Main Body
**Problem:** Files are invisible and undiscoverable
**Solution:** Reference every .md file in appropriate section
