## Call Direction Values

| Value | Meaning |
|-------|---------|
| OUTBOUND | Made call |
| INBOUND | Received call |

## Error Handling

| Error | Solution |
|-------|----------|
| 401 | Invalid token - re-run setup |
| 403 | Missing `crm.objects.calls.read` scope |
| 429 | Rate limited - wait and retry |
