## Migration: Substack to Beehiiv (condensed checklist)

Full guide in `guides/04-migration.md`. Critical ordering:

1. Set up Beehiiv, verify sending domain **before** importing list.
2. Export Substack CSV (keep the zip intact; Safari auto-unzips).
3. Import free subscribers. Tag with `substack-migration-YYYY`.
