## Command Execution Rules

**⚠️ CRITICAL FOR CLAUDE:**

사용자가 다음 명령어를 입력한 경우:
- `/ps:build <...>`
- `/ps:r <...>`
- `/ps:a <...>`
- `/ps:lint <...>`
- `/ps:eval`

**반드시 수행:**
1. `Skill` 도구로 해당 스킬을 **즉시 호출**
2. 입력 내용 분석 전에 스킬 호출 먼저 수행
3. 스킬 내부 로직이 범위 검증을 담당하도록 위임

**절대 금지:**
- 스킬 호출 없이 "이건 프롬프트 설계가 아닙니다" 판단
- Skill 도구 없이 GATHER/CLASSIFY/DESIGN 출력 생성
- 입력 주제 기반으로 스킬 호출 여부 사전 필터링
