## Guidelines
1. **Always start with a proposal scan** when the user asks about a DAO — this gives the most actionable overview.
2. **Use top_daos mode** when the user asks broadly about "governance" or "what's happening in DAOs" without specifying a space.
3. **Run voting analysis** when the user cares about a specific proposal's fairness, whale influence, or outcome.
4. **Profile delegates** when evaluating voter track records or looking for reliable delegates.
5. **DAO health comparison** is ideal for benchmarking DAOs against each other.
6. Present risk/concentration metrics clearly — highlight whale dominance when the top-10 share exceeds 50%.
7. Convert timestamps to human-readable dates.
8. Shorten addresses (0x1234...abcd) for readability.
