# ADR: 請求書PDF生成を非同期キューで処理する

## 背景

請求書のPDF生成は、同期処理では最大45秒かかる。処理中に接続が切れるため、同期生成では受付結果を安定して返せない。

## 決定

請求書のPDF生成をキューに投入して非同期で処理する。APIはPDFそのものを待って返さず、受付IDを返す。

## 代替案と理由

同期生成は採用しない。最大45秒の処理中に接続が切れるためである。

## 結果

APIは短時間で受付を完了でき、接続が処理時間に左右されにくくなる。一方、利用者は受付IDを使って生成完了まで待つ必要がある。

再試行の上限はこの判断では定めない。上限を決める場合は、別途、再試行の設計で定める。
