# ADR: 請求書PDF生成を非同期キュー処理にする

## コンテキスト

請求書PDFの生成には最大45秒かかる場合があり、同期生成ではAPI接続が切断される可能性がある。その結果、生成したPDFを安定して返却できない。

一方、非同期処理を採用すると、利用者はPDFの完成まで待つ必要がある。

## 決定

請求書PDFの生成をキューに投入し、非同期で処理する。APIは生成完了を待たず、受付IDを返す。

利用者および呼び出し側は、受付IDを使って生成状況や結果を確認し、完成後にPDFを取得する。

## 却下した選択肢

### 同期生成

同期生成は採用しない。最大45秒の処理中にAPI接続が切れる可能性があり、安定性に問題があるためである。

### トレードオフ

非同期化によって接続切断の問題を回避できる。ただし、API呼び出し時点でPDFを返せず、利用者は完成まで待つ必要がある。

## 未決定事項

生成ジョブの再試行回数の上限は、2026-08-20時点で未決定である。運用上の失敗時対応とあわせて、別途決定する。

## 保守時の注意

キュー投入後にAPIが返す受付IDと、後続の状態確認・PDF取得処理との対応関係を維持すること。同期処理へ戻す場合は、最大45秒の処理時間と接続切断リスクを再評価すること。
