# ADR: 請求書PDF生成を非同期キューで処理する

## コンテキスト

請求書のPDF生成には最大45秒かかる場合があります。同期処理ではAPI接続が切断される可能性があるため、リクエスト中に生成完了を待つ方式は安定しません。

## 決定

請求書のPDF生成はキューに投入し、非同期で処理します。APIは受付時点で受付IDを返します。利用者は受付IDを使って処理状況を確認し、完成後にPDFを取得します。

## 代替案と判断理由

### 同期生成

採用しません。生成に最大45秒かかり、API接続が切断される可能性があるためです。

### 非同期生成

採用します。API接続を長時間維持せずに済みます。一方、利用者はPDFの完成まで待つ必要があります。この待ち時間は、受付IDによる状況確認と完成後の取得で扱います。

## 影響

- APIの応答はPDF本体ではなく受付IDになります。
- 利用者は生成完了まで待機し、状況確認または完成通知後にPDFを取得する必要があります。
- キュー、ワーカー、処理状態、失敗時の扱いを運用する必要があります。
- 再試行の上限は未決定であり、別途決定する必要があります。

## 実装・運用上の留意点

- 受付IDから処理状態を確認できるようにします。
- 完成したPDFを受付IDと関連付けて取得できるようにします。
- 失敗状態と利用者向けのエラー情報を定義します。
- 再試行の上限、バックオフ、重複生成を防ぐ冪等性を決定します。
