### Requirements
- Python 3.7+ (no external dependencies - uses only stdlib)

### Dimensions Scoring
Each dimension is scored 0-10:
- 8-10: Excellent
- 6-7: Good
- 4-5: Average
- 2-3: Below Average
- 0-1: Poor/Needs Improvement
