1. **输入**:一个明确的目标(G)。
2. **设计微型实验**:针对目标G,设计一个最小可行行动(MVA),该行动应极简单、低风险、可在短期内(如1-7天)执行并观察结果。
* **判断标准**:MVA描述清晰,任何人看到都能立即知道要做什么。
3. **执行与记录**:执行MVA,并客观记录执行过程、感受、数据及任何结果。
* **判断标准**:有执行记录,包含客观数据和主观体验。
4. **分析反馈**:分析记录,判断该MVA对推进目标G是否有效,以及个人执行时的适配度(是否痛苦、可持续)。
* **IF** 有效且适配 → 进入步骤5。
* **ELSE** (无效或不适配) → 返回步骤2,基于反馈调整或重新设计MVA。
5. **系统化**:将有效的MVA固化为一个可重复的习惯、流程或检查清单,纳入个人日常或周期性的运作系统中。
* **判断标准**:该行动已成为一个明确的、可触发执行的“如果-那么”规则或日程项。
6. **输出**:一个经过验证的、与目标G相关的个人行动协议,以及一个持续实验的待办列表。
