# Exa Incident Runbook
## Overview
Rapid incident response procedures for Exa-related outages.
## Prerequisites
- Access to Exa dashboard and status page
- kubectl access to production cluster
- Prometheus/Grafana access
- Communication channels (Slack, PagerDuty)
## Severity Levels
| Level | Definition | Response Time | Examples |
