Trace every item of Specification's accepted requester-meaning input,
decision-changing evidence implication,
runtime/generated authority, unchanged invariant, and proof expectation into a
falsifiable rule or explicit unchanged, non-goal, or blocked disposition. Stop
before review only when Specification's Exit condition is met or a named
user/external decision blocks it.
