## Anti-Hallucination Rules
1. **NEVER assume resource names** — always discover via CLI/API in Phase 1 before referencing in Phase 2.
2. **NEVER fabricate metric names or dimensions** — verify against the service documentation or `--help` output.
3. **NEVER mix CLI commands between service versions** — confirm which version/API you are targeting.
4. **ALWAYS use the discovery → verify → analyze chain** — every resource referenced must have been discovered first.
5. **ALWAYS handle empty results gracefully** — an empty response is valid data, not an error to retry.

## Common Pitfalls
- **Search syntax**: Uses Elasticsearch query syntax — `state:(new OR open)`, `group.name:"IT Support"`
- **Translations**: Knowledge base content uses translation layer — access via `.translations[0]` for default language
- **Pagination**: Use `page` and `per_page` parameters — max 500 per page
- **Rate limits**: No built-in rate limiting by default — but reverse proxy may enforce limits
- **Token types**: API tokens and OAuth tokens have different scopes — ensure correct token type
- **Ticket states**: States include `new`, `open`, `pending reminder`, `pending close`, `closed` — use exact names
- **Assets endpoint**: Bulk ticket responses include `assets` object with related users, groups, organizations
