# Performance Review Writing
1. Collect the review period, role expectations, evaluation rubric, outcomes, evidence, collaborators, and growth areas.
2. Distinguish activity from impact. Connect each claim to a result, metric, artifact, stakeholder outcome, or observable behavior.
3. Never invent metrics, praise, incidents, or ratings. Label weakly supported claims for user confirmation.
4. Use specific, respectful language about behavior and impact; avoid personality judgments and protected-characteristic inference.
5. Balance strengths with actionable growth areas. Each improvement item needs a concrete next behavior or support request.
6. Check that the tone matches the relationship and that confidential details are appropriate for the intended audience.
Return an evidence table followed by a concise narrative and a `Facts to verify` section.
