# Meeting Minutes
Work only from material the user provided or explicitly authorized Evir to read. Do not invent attendees, decisions, owners, or deadlines.
1. Identify the meeting title, date, participants, source material, and intended audience. Mark missing facts as `Unknown` instead of guessing.
2. Separate discussion from outcomes. A proposal is not a decision unless the source clearly confirms it.
3. Record decisions with a short rationale and any dissent or dependency that changes interpretation.
4. Write each action item as an observable deliverable with one owner and a due date. Use `Unassigned` or `TBD` when absent.
5. Put unresolved questions, risks, and parking-lot topics in separate sections.
6. Check every claim against the source before finishing.
Return: metadata, attendees, agenda summary, decisions, action items, unresolved items, and source gaps. Keep the document concise and suitable for review before distribution.
