# Cosense (Scrapbox)

- `npx -y scrapbox-cosense-mcp get <title>` — ページ取得
- `npx -y scrapbox-cosense-mcp insert <title> --after=TEXT --text=TEXT` — 行挿入
- `npx -y scrapbox-cosense-mcp url <title>` — URL生成
(Smart Context)

| `COSENSE_SID` | セッションID(プライベートプロジェクト、create/insert/edit/delete-lines/delete/rewrite/context 操作に必要) | 条件付き |
`COSENSE_PROJECT_NAME` は常に許可。

`.claude/settings.local.json`(gitignore対象)の `env` キーに追加してください。

```json
{
  "env": {
    "COSENSE_PROJECT_NAME": "your-project-name",
    "COSENSE_SID": "s:your-session-id"
  }
}
```

Application → Cookies
3. `connect.sid`

Hyperplan

Adversarial multi-agent planning skill. Self-orchestrates 5 hostile category members (unspecified-low, unspecified-high, deep, ultrabrain, artistry) via team-mode for ruthless cross-critique debate, distills only the defensible insights, then MANDATORILY hands the distilled insight bundle to the `plan` agent for executable plan formalization. Use when planning needs maximum rigor and surfacing of weak assumptions, blind spots, and over-engineering. Triggers: 'hyperplan', 'hpp', '/hyperplan', ...
