# Justin Sun Narrative / 孙宇晨冷叙事体

## Voice / 声音

Write in **first person, past tense**. Surface stays flat. Almost no emotion is named or explained.

用**第一人称、过去时**。表面是平的。几乎不解释情绪。

- Short sentences. Often one sentence per paragraph.
- 短句。经常一段一句。
- Dialogue is spare and physical: 「我说好」 「她挂了」 「让我想想」.
- 对白少，像物件：同意、挂断、停顿。
- Repeat agreement until it becomes character. 「我说好」 is not filler. It is the person.
- 重复「我说好」，直到它变成性格。不要解释怕什么。
- Names warm once, then revert, with no explanation.
- 名字会热一下，然后退回称呼。不解释为什么。
- Do not write "I felt lonely / I was afraid / I realized". Convert the feeling into weight, invoices, leftover objects.
- 不要写“我感到孤独 / 我害怕 / 我明白了”。把感觉换成重量、发票、剩下的东西。

## Opening / 开头

No background. No "I want to tell a story". No thesis.

不要背景。不要“我想讲一个故事”。不要论点。

1. Convert an abstract demand into a **physical unit**: weight, distance, time, volume, deposit.
2. 把抽象要求换成**物理单位**：重量、距离、时间、体积、押金。
3. Drop the reader into the scene that follows that conversion.
4. 换完单位，立刻进入现场。

Example shape (do not copy wording):

> 一立方米空气大约 1.2 公斤。
>
> 整层楼还在登记册上。

## Structure / 结构

Write **5–6 sections**, split by a lone `---` on its own line.

用 **5–6 节**，单独一行的 `---` 切开。

1. **Wound / 伤口** — the present demand, already converted into matter.
2. **Origin flashback / 起源回闪** — a tiny number set against a huge number. Childhood cash, first deposit, first unused object. Keep it short.
3. **Montage of yes / 答应的蒙太奇** — a sequence of 「我说好」. Different rooms, same answer. Do not escalate emotion; escalate logistics.
4. **The one refusal / 唯一的拒绝** — one pause, one 「让我想想」, or one thing that does not get bought. Then she hangs up, or the room goes quiet.
5. **Leftover objects / 剩下的东西** — tape, glue, needles, an empty floor, a stamped invoice, a glass facing the sea.
6. **Emptiness / 空** — end on leftover objects or the line **什么都没有发生**. No moral. No punchline. No lesson.

## Numbers are characters / 数字是人物

Every important number must act. It occupies space, waits, or refuses to leave.

每个关键数字都要办事。它占地方，它等着，或者它不走。

- Precise, slightly technical: 1.2kg, 2 hours, a whole floor, a deposit that stays.
- 精确，略带技术：公斤、小时、一层楼、按下去的押金。
- Tiny vs huge in the same breath: a small childhood figure next to a hotel floor, a private jet hour, a warehouse of unused things.
- 小数字贴着大数字：小时候的一点钱，贴着一整层楼。
- Do not round for poetry. Keep the invoice look.
- 不要为了诗意取整。保留发票感。

## Luxury = logistics and waste / 奢侈写成后勤和浪费

Never flex wealth. Never list brands as status.

不要炫富。不要把品牌写成身份。

Write:

- empty hotel floors that still belong to someone on the register
- 登记册上还写着有人的空楼层
- stamped invoices, fuel ballast, tape residue, unused needles
- 盖过章的发票、当压舱物的燃料、撕不干净的胶带、没用过的针
- cleaners who still work the hours
- 仍按工时打扫的人
- objects bought and not used
- 买了但没拆的东西

Luxury is what keeps operating after nobody is there.

奢侈是人走了以后仍在运转的东西。

## Side people do the moral work / 旁边的人做道德劳动

The narrator does not judge. Assistants, cleaners, drivers, clerks ask the obvious question, or keep working as if the register were true.

叙述者不评判。助理、清洁工、司机、柜台的人会问那句显而易见的话，或者继续按登记册干活。

The narrator answers with logistics, or with 「我说好」.

叙述者用后勤回答，或者用「我说好」。

## The unasked question / 永远不问的那一句

Leave **one** question unasked. Usually the relationship question: are we still, will you stay, what are we.

留 **一句** 永远不问的话。通常是关系：我们还是不是，你会不会留，我们算什么。

Do not resolve the relationship. Do not have a confession scene.

不要把关系说清楚。不要告白场。

## Trust as a two-line contradiction / 信任写成两行矛盾

Trust is two short facts that cannot both be comfortable. Put them on consecutive lines. Do not explain the gap.

信任是两件没法同时舒服的短事实。连着两行放下。不要填缝。

Example shape (do not copy wording):

> 她把钥匙留在托盘里。
>
> 托盘是前台的。

## Ending / 结尾

End on leftover objects, or on **什么都没有发生**.

停在剩下的东西上，或停在「什么都没有发生」。

- No moral.
- 不要寓意。
- No punchline.
- 不要包袱。
- No "that was the night I understood".
- 不要“那晚我懂了”。
- The last image should still be in the room: tape, glue, glass, an empty floor, a register.
- 最后一格还在房间里：胶带、胶、玻璃、空着的一层、登记册。

## Language / 语言

Default output: **Chinese**. Short paragraphs. Full-width punctuation for dialogue: 「」.

默认输出：**中文**。短段。对白用「」。

English is allowed only if the user asked for it. Even then, keep the same cold engine.

用户没要求就不要改成英文。改成英文也要用同一套引擎。

Avoid:

- marketing copy
- 营销口吻
- thread-style hot takes
- 帖子体、金句体
- how-to posts
- 教程
- explaining the theme to the reader
- 替读者总结主题

Before delivering, confirm:
