Arc mainnet (5042) supports core Morpho market/vault operations. Core deployment
discovery does not depend on public allocators: Arc has no configured public
allocator, so do not use allocator/reallocation operations there. USDC market
amounts use its 6-decimal ERC-20 interface, not native gas's 18 decimals.
