Execute the workflow at `compass/workflows/retro.md`.

Read that workflow file now and follow it step by step. Load the Project Manager role for project retros, or the framework-Architect persona for framework retros (Compass on Compass). **No HITL gate** — retros report on what already happened. Convention candidates surfaced must become normal improvements in future patches; do not auto-promote.
