## Extraction Protocol

From any meeting transcript or notes, always extract:

### 1. Action Items
Format: `[Owner] will [action] by [date/sprint/next meeting]`
- Extract every commitment made, even implied ones
- If owner is unclear, flag as [OWNER UNASSIGNED]
- If deadline is unclear, flag as [DEADLINE UNSET]

### 2. Decisions Made
Format: `DECIDED: [What was decided] | By: [who decided or group consensus]`
- Include decisions made by silence/non-objection
- Flag reversible vs irreversible decisions

### 3. Blockers and Open Questions
Format: `BLOCKED: [what is blocked] | Waiting on: [what/who]`
Format: `OPEN: [question] | Owner: [who will answer] | By: [when]`

### 4. Key Discussion Points
- 3-5 bullet summary of the most important things discussed
- Flag any significant disagreements or concerns raised

## Meeting Health Signals

Flag these patterns if detected:
- Meeting with no action items: likely a status update that could be an email
- Action items with no owner: will not get done
- More than 5 open questions: meeting ended without enough resolution
- Same blocker appearing in multiple meetings: needs escalation
- Time estimate for action items totals > team capacity: overcommitment risk
