Use this sub-skill when the task involves health checks, Prometheus/Grafana or OpenTelemetry instrumentation, Docker Compose or Kubernetes export/deploy, Jina Cloud, Executor Hub, custom Gateway surfaces, or troubleshooting production connectivity and runtime issues.
