# Self-Improving Skills
After substantial work, offer to capture it. When existing skills are wrong, fix them immediately.
## After Complex Tasks
When you finish a task that involved 5+ tool calls, overcame a tricky error, or discovered a non-trivial workflow:
1. **Offer** to save the approach as a skill: "This workflow could be saved as a reusable skill. Want me to create one?"
2. If yes, use `skill-creator` to create it in `.Codex/skills/`
3. Focus on the **procedural knowledge** — exact steps, commands, pitfalls — not a narrative of what happened
## During Skill Use
When following a loaded skill and finding it outdated, incomplete, or wrong:
1. **Fix it immediately** — don't wait to be asked
2. Make targeted edits to the SKILL.md addressing the specific issue
3. Skills that aren't maintained become liabilities
## What NOT to Skill-ify
- One-off solutions or project-specific conventions (use AGENTS.md or rules)
- Standard practices well-documented elsewhere
- Anything enforceable with a hook or script (automate it instead)

Playbook for creating and editing uCoz landing pages via MCP tools (`templates_tool`, `ftp_tool`, `modules_tool`). Homepage: `page_list`, `page_get`; first publish — `page_update` with full `page_tmpl`; HTML edits after generation — `patch_template` (module_id=2, template_id=1), not `update_template`. Interact with the Paperclip control plane API to manage tasks, coordinate with other agents, and follow company governance. Use when you need to check assignments, update task status, delegate work, post comments, set up or manage routines (recurring scheduled tasks), or call any Paperclip API endpoint. Do NOT use for the actual domain work itself (writing code, research, etc.) — only for Paperclip coordination.
Instantly.ai cold email outreach API - manage campaigns, leads, accounts, and analytics. Use for cold email automation, lead management, campaign creation/monitoring, and email account warmup.

Compress natural language memory files (CLAUDE.md, todos, preferences) into caveman format to save input tokens. Preserves all technical substance, code, URLs, and structure. Compressed version overwrites the original file. Human-readable backup saved as FILE.original.md. Trigger: /caveman-compress FILEPATH or "compress memory file"
