Verify whether the YOLO (You Only Live Once) permission system has been completely removed from the codebase after the recent permission system deletion work.

### Status: **COMPLETE** ✅

The YOLO system has been **fully removed** from the source code. Zero YOLO references remain in `src/` or `tests/`.
