## Key Patterns Discovered

### Command File Structure
All command implementations in `zerg/commands/*.py` follow consistent pattern:
- Click decorators for CLI options
- Rich console for formatted output
- Auto-detection of feature from state files
- Common helper functions (detect_feature, etc.)
