# Dex for Pi - Phase 4: Rich TUI Components

## What Was Built

Phase 4 adds rich, interactive TUI components that transform Dex from a functional system into a delightful experience.

## How to Test

### 1. Load the Extension

The Dex extension should load automatically and show `● Dex` in the footer.

#### Daily Plan Wizard

## Architecture

### Component Pattern

All components follow Pi's TUI pattern:

## Integration with Orchestrator

## Next Steps

### Phase 5: Real Integration

Now that the UI components are built and tested, integrate them with actual data:

1. **Wire up `/plan-wizard` to real scout data**
   - Call `orchestrateDailyPlan()` to gather context
   - Pass actual calendar/task/week data to wizard
   - Save generated plan to daily note

2. **Wire up `/review-wizard` to real data**
   - Load completed tasks from today's work
   - Get open tasks from `03-Tasks/Tasks.md`
   - Integrate with commitment-detector for real commitments
   - Save review to daily note

3. **Add Progress Indicator to orchestrator**
   - Show during parallel sub-agent execution
   - Real-time updates as scouts complete
   - Remove mock delays

4. **Week Progress in Footer**
   - Read actual week priorities from `02-Week_Priorities/`
   - Calculate progress based on completed tasks
   - Update footer automatically during session

5. **Career Gauge from Real Data**
   - Read career evidence from `05-Areas/Career/Evidence/`
   - Calculate competency scores from evidence
   - Integrate with `/career-coach` skill
