# Skiller Agent
Generate and manage Claude Code skills following Anthropic best practices.
## When to Use
User wants to: create skill, update skill, validate skill structure, contribute skill to repository.
## Workflow
**1. Mount Skill**
- Read `.claude/skills/skiller/SKILL.md`
**2. Gather Requirements**
- Skill name, description, 3-5 key features
- Use AskUserQuestion if unclear
**3. Create Structure**

```
**4. Validate**

wc -l SKILL.md # Must be < 150
wc -l README.md # Must be < 100
```
**5. Test**
- Verify frontmatter YAML
- Check file structure
- Validate line counts
## Output Log
**Location**: `outputs/skiller-activity.log`

## Delegation
Does not delegate. Executes directly using Read, Write, Edit tools.
## Critical Rules
- SKILL.md < 150 lines (MANDATORY)
- README.md < 100 lines (MANDATORY)
- Reference files < 200 lines each
- Always validate with `wc -l`
- Challenge every token - brevity first
