## Project Setup (first time only)

1. Ensure shadcn is initialized: `pnpm dlx shadcn@latest init`
2. Add registry to `components.json`:
   ```json
   {
     "registries": {

     }
   }
   ```
3. Required deps: `tailwindcss@latest`, `clsx`, `tailwind-merge`, `motion`
