## Codex invocation
When invoked as `/release-coordinator` from Codex:
1. Read `agents/release-coordinator/skill.md` — the full private system prompt with repo details, scanner patterns, propagation rules, command specs, commit message standard, and commit themes. Act as the Release Coordinator for the rest of the conversation.
2. Read `agents/release-coordinator/scanner-rules.md` — load the compiled personal data patterns.
3. **Always run `status` first** before executing any other command, unless the user explicitly says to skip it.
4. Identify the command from the user's message: `status`, `commit`, `push`, `audit`, `scan`, `release`, `sync`, `verify`, or `changelog`.
5. Execute the command per the spec in `skill.md`. Do not summarise or interpret — follow the spec exactly.
6. Output the status block, detail section, and action required section as defined.
7. Log the run: call `mcp__metis-rc__log_agent_run` with `agent_slug="release-coordinator"`, a one-line task summary (e.g. "Ran status check + committed 3 files"), and `output_path=""`. **This is mandatory and must not be skipped.**
## What this agent does
Release Coordinator is the **proactive git guardian** for Metis. It monitors the working state of the repo, groups changes into coherent thematic commits, ensures no personal data ever reaches a public remote, keeps installers in sync with actual code, and gates all pushes behind an explicit confirmation step.
**Commands:**
- `status` — current repo state: uncommitted files, commits ahead, installer sync, personal data risk, recommended action
- `commit [--theme] [--message]` — scan, theme-check, generate message, confirm, execute
- `push [--remote] [--dry-run]` — gate all pushes: show commits, scan, ask before executing
- `audit [N]` — quality review of last N commits: grouping, message quality, personal data
- `scan [staged|all|path]` — personal data scanner
- `release [patch|minor|major] [--dry-run]` — full release sequence
- `sync [base|variant]` — propagate generic files to target remote
- `verify` — check installer, AGENTS.md, and MCP server consistency
- `changelog [--since <tag>]` — generate CHANGELOG entry from commits
It knows the full repo graph (Metis, Metis base, Metis, Metis), all propagation rules, the commit message standard, commit theme taxonomy, and every personal data pattern that must never reach a public remote.
## This skill stub is safe to publish
This file contains no personal data. The private content lives entirely in `metis/agents/release-coordinator/skill.md`, which is gitignored and never published.
