Your objective is to pause the CocoFlow pipeline.
Before proceeding, verify that `.cocoplus/` exists.
If not: output "CocoPlus not initialized in this directory. Run `$pod init` to begin." Then stop.
Create flag file `.cocoplus/flow.pause` with content:
```
paused_at: [ISO 8601 timestamp]
reason: developer_requested
```
Output: "Pipeline paused. Currently running stages will complete their current action before stopping. Run `$flow resume` to continue."
## Anti-Rationalization
| Shortcut / Temptation | Why It Fails |
|-----------------------|--------------|
| Kill running stage processes immediately instead of letting them complete | Killing mid-stage leaves deliverables in a partial state; always let the current action complete before the pause takes effect |
## Exit Criteria
- [ ] `.cocoplus/flow.pause` flag file exists with `paused_at` timestamp and `reason: developer_requested`
- [ ] Output confirms pause with instruction to run `$flow resume`
