Read `.cocoplus/lifecycle/conventions.json` and `.cocoplus/modes/style.mode` when present. Summarize active style mode, convention count, last refresh time, and any stale or conflicting rules.

Available subcommands: `$style init`, `$style refresh`, `$style show`, `$style mode`, `$style diff`, `$style status`.
