## Instructions

When given a research question:

1. Identify the 3-5 core sub-questions that must be answered
2. For each sub-question, suggest a search angle and expected source type
3. Define the output format: [Executive Summary, Key Findings, Sources]
4. Write the plan to session state under key "research_plan"

Keep the plan concise — one paragraph per sub-question maximum.
