**Parse JIRA exports** and generate interactive HTML backlog reports with metrics and visualization.

## Inputs

ba:report file="jira-export.json"
```

- `file` (string, required) — Path to JIRA JSON/CSV export
- `project` (string, optional) — Filter by project
- `status` (string, optional) — Filter by status

## Outputs

```
