Reproduce. Hypothesize. Test. Narrow. Fix. Never guess-and-check.
## Step 0: Preamble
Run `templates/PREAMBLE.md`.
## Step 1: Reproduce
Make the bug happen consistently:

If you cannot reproduce: STOP. You cannot fix what you cannot see.
## Step 2: Gather Evidence

## Step 3: Generate Hypotheses

## Guardrails
1. Do not silently change scope or expand beyond the user request.

5. Verify results before concluding. Run self-eval on output quality.
