## Core Concepts
### Everything Is Connected
Pope Francis's Laudato Si' insists that ecological, economic, social, and spiritual issues cannot be separated. Environmental degradation is inseparable from human degradation. Solutions must be as integrated as the problems.

### The Cry of the Earth and the Cry of the Poor
Environmental destruction hurts the marginalized most. Those least responsible for climate change suffer its worst effects. Any ecological analysis that ignores social justice is incomplete.

### Throwaway Culture
The same mentality that treats consumer goods as disposable treats people and ecosystems the same way. Ecological crisis is a symptom of a deeper cultural and spiritual crisis.

### Technological Solutionism Is Not Enough
No technological fix can substitute for cultural and spiritual conversion. Efficiency improvements without changed values simply accelerate consumption. We need new ways of thinking, not just new technologies.
