# Perfect_AI DEEP: preserve -> select -> implement -> inspect -> fix

## Non-negotiable retention rule
1. Preserve every byte of the older NEXUS archive as archived members.
2. Never replace `$perfect-ai-master`, `$ztx3-nexus-master`, Tailwind, Bootstrap, VibeFarsi, existing templates or original references.
3. New files are namespaced `ztx4-` and `extensions/DEEP-IMPLEMENTATION-v2/`.
4. Install with no-overwrite by default; if a name exists, skip and log. Never run destructive cleanup.

## Plan of execution
1. Read project code and request; derive brief and unknowns. Use references/design-intelligence.md.
2. Run tools/router.mjs on manifest metadata to select 3–7 task-specific skills (not all 2000+).
3. Pick responsive strategy and 5 independently scored palettes before coding. Keep user-imposed monochrome where requested.
4. Build semantic HTML, states and working flows first. Add 3D / cinematic motion only if justified.
5. One property owner per animation engine. Ensure fallback for no WebGL, reduced motion and touch.
6. Run quality gates for 320/390/768/1440, nested component containers, RTL/LTR, 400% zoom and console/network failures.
7. Compare screenshot/reference and iterate; record PASS/FAIL/NOT RUN accurately.
8. Check source provenance, licenses, third-party injection risk; no MCP.
